2010 Letter to Exhibitors
We wish to extend an invitation to you to join us at this years PLYMOUTH COUNTY FAIR, July 28th through August 1st, 2010 - five great days for the public to view all exhibits. Please note the times listed on the enclosed request form. Set up time will be Tuesday, July 27th from 1:00 - 9:00 p.m. and Wednesday, July 28th from 8:00 a.m. – 2:00p.m. Access to the buildings for unloading on Wednesday will be limited (especially the south doors) as the fair is open to the public. Please plan to unload trailers etc. on Tuesday or by 10:00 a.m. Wednesday morning.
All of the entertainment at the PLYMOUTH COUNTY FAIR continues to be free with paid gate admission. Our entertainment includes Motocross, Tough Truck Competition, tractor pull, demolition derby, bull riding, plus the many acts of the Pioneer Village and Kid’s Stage.
We look forward to hearing from you soon, as space is limited. We have always believed in giving the previous year’s exhibitors first chance to keep their same space. With an event this size we do need to reserve the right to make changes when necessary. We also need to respond to new requests so that they can plan their summer schedule. Those who exhibited last year will have until April 1, 2010 to reserve their same space. All spaces not reserved by April 1, 2010 will be filled on a first request, first filled basis. Please return the request form as soon as possible.
A $10.00 discount is available if this form is returned with full payment by March 10, 2010.
If you know of someone who may be interested in having an exhibit at our fair, feel free to pass this information on to them or you can send me their contact information and I will forward it to them.
The Plymouth County Fair is one of the largest county fairs in the state. It is an event that we take great pride in. The fair’s success can be attributed to the work of hundreds of volunteers, entertainers and exhibitors like you. We hope you will be a part of a successful 2010 fair.
