Honorariums & Gifts

Thank you for considering a contribution to the Plymouth County Fair.

The continued generosity of the community and those who have supported the fair for generations has made many program and ground advancements possible.

Your dedication to the fair truly makes this fair a time honored tradition like no other!

The Vision Committee of the Plymouth County Fair Board has an ongoing list of projects they would like to implement. If you are interested in adding an item to be considered or would like to contribute financially or in-kind to a larger project, please visit with any Plymouth County Fair Board member or contact PlymouthCountyFair@gmail.com.

Thank you for making the Plymouth County Fair an amazing fair for the kids and citizens of Plymouth County. Long live the tradition!

Horse Backdrop

All of our 4-H and FFA kids are champions! And this year those who show horses will have a new backdrop, where they can take pictures that will last as a lifetime reminder of their fair successes.

If you would like to donate toward this backdrop, please contact Alise at plymouthcountyfair@gmail.com.

If you are interested in taking full sponosorship of this project, the cost is $900.

LED Lighting

As the fairgrounds moves toward LED lighting in indoor and outdoor spaces, your contributions toward this project would help offset costs and expedite the project.

Areas available for sponsorship include: 4-H Static Building; Livestock Pavilion (cattle and goat barn); Livestock Show Arena; Outdoor Vendor Spaces; the New Century Hall Parking Lot; and the Exterior Parking Lots.

If you would like to contribute or discuss sponsorship plaque options for this endeavor, contact the Plymouth County fair board.

Covered Livestock Show Ring Paint

Roof repairs have been completed on the Covered Livestock Show Ring and a new coat of paint will make it ready for the thousands of visitors that will spend time in the ring this July.

If you, or your organization, would like to donate funds toward this project, please contact Alise at PlymouthCountyFair@gmail.com.

Memorial Trees

With a $600 Memorial Tree donation, a personalized plaque will be placed at a tree on the Plymouth County fair grounds.

For more information, or to request a tree, contact: Pat Lehner: (712) 546-7663

GIfts

The Plymouth County 4-H & Agricultural Society greatly appreciates the generosity bestowed upon the Plymouth County Fair through the gifts it receives.

Your gifts of time and talent, in addition to auction and monetary donations, are the backbone of the county's heritage-rich fair.

Monetary donations to the general fund are used for the preservation and improvement of the fair. For more information, or to discuss a commemorative gift toward a specific project, please email plymouthcountyfair@gmail.com or speak with a fair board director. Thank you!

Building Fans

Donations toward fan installation would help offset the summer heat and provide a pleasant breeze for animals, exhibitors and fairgoers alike.

If you are interested in donating toward this project, please contact the Plymouth County Fair Board; Attn: Alise.
